this slide shoe sorter can accommodate a wide range of item sizes and shapes.

The Auto-Sorter uses a method wherein multiple shoes slide in order to push cargo in the required direction, enabling it to accommodate a wide range of conveyor item sizes and shapes while sorting cargo gently.

HART500 is a lift-up type automatic guided vehicle that automatically transfers medium-weight cargo (up to 500 kg) on a dedicated base rack (frame for loading pallets, case items, etc.). HART500 uses an induction system that reads two-dimensional codes attached to the floor in order to guide cargo. This highly flexible system allows the operator to set up arbitrary transfer points as well as transfer cargo between fixed points like a normal conveyor.

These vertical transfer systems work like elevators, transferring objects up and then back down again. As the conveyor is vertical, the amount of space needed is kept to an absolute minimum, and the ability to automatically transfer an object to any floor at the touch of a button – all while the object remains level – drastically increases operational efficiency.
